We are looking for a Value Stream Coordinator / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of 3 to 4 value streams, ensuring their progress is tracked, plans remain on schedule, and blockers are addressed efficiently.

This role also includes the preparation and facilitation of bi-weekly status reports summarizing progress, risks, and next steps.
This is a hibrid position 2 days/week at Lisbon office. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the daily and weekly progress of the assigned value streams
  • Ensure alignment between business teams, technology teams, and stakeholders
  • Identify and help resolve delivery blockers
  • Prepare and facilitate bi-weekly status updates, including risks, achievements, and planning
  • Create and maintain project documentation such as roadmaps, trackers, and reports
  • Support stream leads with prioritization and clarification of next steps and action items

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or similar roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve issues proactively
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus
  • High level of autonomy and proactiveness
  • Portuguese Speaker
  • Expectated duration: 1 year
