You won't just be managing databases; you'll be a technical partner helping us migrate and modernize our architecture.

We're looking for someone who loves to build, learn, and guide others. You'll be working closely with our development teams and our clients, so clear communication and a collaborative spirit are key.

National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated

How You'll Contribute:

Discovery & Delivery: Co-own discovery with Product teams to deeply understand customer problems, business goals, and opportunities, working seamlessly across both discovery and delivery phases.
Research & Insight Translation: Confidently use usability testing, journey mapping, problem framing, and insight reviews to inform decisions, translating these into clear, simple, and effective design solutions.
End-to-End Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity app designs, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences using existing design systems.
Journey Optimization: Simplify complex user journeys and optimize existing features based on customer needs, product goals, and practical delivery constraints.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and developers to shape requirements, align on solutions, and support smooth, effective delivery.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who...

Has Senior-Level Impact: You bring strong experience as a Senior Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of designing customer-facing mobile app experiences.

Is a Clear Communicator: You can confidently explain your design thinking, rationale, and customer insights to different stakeholders across the organization.

Is a Collaborative Team Player: You work well with other designers, actively seek constructive feedback, and contribute to building a strong design culture.

Has Industry Context (Nice to have): You bring experience working in complex app environments such as travel, banking, or fintech.

Your Technical Toolkit:

Design & Prototyping: Highly organized and proficient in Figma, maintaining strong file hygiene, clear naming, versioning, and proper component usage.

UX/UI Methodologies: Strong core skills in UI, interaction, and visual design, alongside practical experience with usability testing and journey mapping.

Mobile Platforms: Familiarity with native iOS and Android design patterns and environments.
