Technical Solution Manager

Manage the delivery of international software projects, coordinating dependencies across multiple software development teams while ensuring continuous alignment with product and business teams located across different continents.

You will integrate a multidisciplinary team within a diverse, international, fast-paced, and innovative environment while reporting directly to the Insurance Exchange CTO.

You will be responsible for…

  • Orchestrating delivery across multiple software development teams operating across different geographies.
  • Promoting alignment between Product and Technology teams throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Negotiating with product owners and business stakeholders to define optimal delivery scope aligned with technical requirements and platform architecture.
  • Representing the technical team in customer-facing meetings, supporting requirement analysis and proposing technical solutions.
  • Supporting squad leads by ensuring clear requirements, release planning, and quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinating cross-squad workstreams, minimizing dependencies and avoiding bottlenecks.
  • Coaching squad leads to maintain high levels of competence, delivery standards, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong technical background within software engineering environments.
  • Good understanding of software architecture patterns and scalable systems.
  • Experience in Delivery Management and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience coordinating multiple development teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in Fintech or Insurtech environments.
  • Exposure to international and distributed teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced product organizations.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern software delivery practices.
