Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft Exchange environments.
Ensures high availability, security, and performance of email systems, including user administration, mail flow management, and troubleshooting. Supports migrations, implements best practices, and collaborates with IT teams to ensure reliable communication services.

Requirements

  • Administer and provide support for Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online)
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Active Directory
  • Monitor system performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of messaging services
  • Identify and resolve incidents related to email, Outlook, connectivity, and authentication
  • Experience in systems administration with a focus on Microsoft Exchange
  • Knowledge of Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 and integrating with Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and administration of Microsoft environments
  • Experience troubleshooting issues related to email, Outlook, connectivity, and authentication
  • Knowledge of PowerShell for automation and administration
  • Understanding of messaging platform security, including access policies, email protection, and compliance
  • Experience with monitoring, backup, and recovery procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
