We are looking for a Support Communication Specialist with the aim to ensure that Communicarions are easy to understand, accessible, and engaging for end-users.
The challenge will be…
- Drive communication and change activities for IT projects and domain
- Create and manage communication assets such as SharePoint pages, one-pagers,newsletters, and internal posts
- Develop engaging visual content, including videos and multimedia materials
- Ensure consistent and clear messaging across projects and domains
- Translate complex IT topics into simple, user-friendly communication
- Support projects in increasing visibility, adoption, and user engagement
- Collaborate closely with project teams to align communication with project goals and user needs
- Contribute to a consistent communication approach aligned with team principles
Requirements
- Degree in Communication, Marketing, IT, Business, or similar—or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in communication activities, ideally within IT or digital projects
- Strong skills in content creation (presentations, SharePoint, newsletters, internal campaigns)
- Experience in video creation and editing (ideally with Adobe tools)
- Ability to translate technical topics into clear and engaging messages
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and user experience
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint
- Knowledge of change management or user adoption strategies is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
