We’re looking to hire a Service Manager for European Institutes.
You will be accountable for overseeing 3 to 5 international projects while driving a relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.
You will manage European institutions’ services at different levels, including customer, partners, team, financial, and risk management. You must establish a partnership relationship with the client and partners, manage the team, communicate with stakeholders, and develop opportunities.
Requirements
- Manage all operational activities inside the different services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and growth.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and coordination.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in operational processes.
- Good level of English (Independent user — level C1).
- International experience.
- Experience in European Agencies.
- Good level of French (Independent user — level B2).
