Senior Tester / Test Manager

• Define and support integration test approach for the projects;
  
• Estimate, prioritize, and execute testing activities;
  
• Monitor and manage risks associated with the test plan and contribute to risk identification;
  
• Provide clear, accurate, regular reporting through KPIs related to the test plan implementation and automation strategy;
  
• Investigate causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions;
  
• Partner with other QA team members to align tools and approaches for testing and automation;
  
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement a CI/CD strategy that includes test-by-design and embedded automated tests;
  
• Define and provide technical guidance and best practices for software development and business operations teams;
  
• Contribute to defining, implementing, and monitoring company quality standards, including synchronization with other QA units.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing
  
• Proficiency in QA methodology and testing processes
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies
  
• Experience implementing automated tests
  
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, Selenium, Cucumber, Xray, BrowserStack, etc.
  
• Experience with software testing processes integrated with CI/CD tools
  
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Availability to be on-site at the client’s office 2x/week (in Porto).
