Senior SAP Finance

• Actively participate in requirements gathering and impact analysis for SAP S/4HANA migration.
  
• Define and implement best practices for financial processes in SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Configure, test, and provide support during the S/4HANA migration project.
  
• Assist users during the transition to the new system, ensuring a smooth adoption.
  
• Train and empower key users to utilize the new system effectively.
  
• Maintain continuous communication with clients to align expectations and ensure successful delivery.
  
• Document implemented solutions and processes comprehensively.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration between SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.)
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 6-7 years of experience as an SAP FI (Financial Accounting) consultant (user experience alone is insufficient).
  
• Proven experience in migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
  
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Tax).
  
• Expertise in configuring and customizing financial processes in SAP.
  
• Strong understanding of integration between FI and other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD, etc.).
  
• Ability to analyze financial impacts of migrating to SAP S/4HANA.
  
• Knowledge of functionalities such as Central Finance and New Asset Accounting.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and post-implementation support skills.
  
• Experience in direct client interaction, facilitating workshops, meetings, and requirements gathering.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
  
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
  
• Experience in change management and training key users.
  
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  

• Knowledge of SAP RE-FX
  
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori.
  
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification (highly valued).
