We are looking for a Senior PLM / Mechanical CAD (MCAD) Solution Expert to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid – 2 days onsite). In this role, you will provide second-level support for PLM application operations, ensuring the stability, optimization, and continuous improvement of mechanical engineering solutions. You will work closely with engineering, development, and infrastructure teams to support, Teamcenter, and other MCAD tools, automate engineering processes, optimize mechanical design workflows, and contribute to the implementation, testing, deployment, and support of PLM solutions across the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

MANDATORY
  • 4+ years of experience with MCAD tools
  • 4+ years of experience in Mechanical Design or MCAD Support
  • 3+ years of experience with NX Open
  • 3+ years of experience with C#, C++, Python, PowerShell, or Visual Basic
  • 3+ years of experience with Teamcenter, TC Vis, or other PDM/PLM systems
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT/MCAD environment

  • Experience customizing and automating MCAD applications
  • Experience with mechanical designs, assemblies, drawings, and PMI
  • Experience gathering business requirements and implementing technical solutions
  • Experience with testing, validation, and deployment of engineering solutions

  • Fluent in English

NICE TO HAVE
  • Knowledge of Knowledge Fusion Programming and Checkmate solutions for engineering data quality in Siemens NX
  • Knowledge of R&D development processes, particularly in hardware and mechanical engineering
