We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with +7years experience, with solid experience in GitOps practices and a deep understanding of cloud-native deployments using ArgoCD, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Helm charts. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for DevOps principles, with strong communication skills and the ability to guide teams in adopting modern deployment methodologies.

This role involves working within a collaborative environment to streamline deployment pipelines, promote best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing across development and operations teams.

You need to be available to work remotely (75%) with occasional on-site presence in Strasbourg (25%).

Requirements

GitHub: Expertise in version control, configuration management, and implementing GitOps practices for automated and reliable deployments.
Helm Charts: Skilled in creating, managing, and version-controlling Helm charts for application deployments, with rollback capabilities.
ArgoCD: Hands-on experience in continuous delivery and deployment orchestration using ArgoCD.
OpenShift: Comprehensive knowledge of OpenShift, including:

Deploying and managing applications and Kubernetes resources.
Working with pods, routes, and application sets.
Utilizing GitOps workflows and Helm charts for version control.
Executing Unix commands as part of deployments and troubleshooting.
Manage OpenShift configurations via GitOps.

Artifactory: Basic understanding of Artifactory mirrors and their usage in deployment pipelines.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to conduct workshops and promote DevOps principles across teams
Capable of bridging development and operations through shared practices
Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and initiative
EU Citizenship (mandatory)
