Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join an IT project, playing a key role in facilitating Agile teams and promoting Scrum best practices.

Hybrid work model with up to 4 days per month in the Lisbon office.

In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove team impediments, and foster a collaborative and self-organized working environment. You will work closely with the Product Owner to support backlog management and ensure the successful planning and execution of projects. You will also contribute to PMO activities, including project reporting, risk management, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who is proactive, well-organized, and passionate about Agile coaching and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  
• Strong experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  
• Proven project management experience.
  
• Experience in IT or software development projects is considered a strong advantage.
  
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner.
  
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• English (C1).
  
• Must be based in Portugal.
