RPA Automation - Automation Solution Expert

RPA Automation Solution Expert will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent automation solutions across the organization. This position requires close collaboration with business to identify automation opportunities, develop scalable RPA workflows, and integrate them with enterprise systems to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), process analysis, and automation lifecycle management. Experience with scripting, APIs, and secure automation practices is essential to drive agility, scalability, and compliance. Additionally, the role may involve leveraging AI/ML models to enhance automation capabilities and extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data. Responsibilities: Provide technical and architectural oversight throughout the entire RPA implementation lifecycle for UiPath developers (Citizen Developer community). Offer continuous guidance and share best practices with UiPath developers, as well as oversee quality gates (e.g., code reviews). Participate in problem identification and resolution processes at the infrastructure level. Research and develop new solutions to enhance the services provided. Take part in technical knowledge sharing within the community. Requirements Mid-Level - Proven experience of at least 2 years in Robotic Process Automation. Mid-Level - Hands-on experience in RPA flows administration and configuration. Mid-Level - Official RPA Certifications (Uipath, Microsoft) Mid-Level - Proven ability to conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Junior Level - Good knowledge of AI tools and APIs connections Mid-Level - Strong troubleshooting skills and proactive system monitoring abilities. Senior Level - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. Mid-Level - Effective English verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences. Mid-Level - Action orientated. Should be able to persistently follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.
