RAN Performance Analyst

• KPI Creation and Definition: Develop, implement, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate RAN performance, ensuring they are relevant, measurable, and aligned with business objectives.
  
• Cluster Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of network clusters, identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  
• Worst Offender Analysis: Identify and analyze underperforming network elements, proposing data-driven corrective actions.
  
• Data Visualization with Tableau: Utilize Tableau to create interactive dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  
• Data Analytics: Perform in-depth analysis of network performance data to identify root causes of issues and recommend optimization strategies.
  

Requirements

• RAN Performance Experience: Proven experience in analyzing and optimizing Radio Access Network performance.
  
• KPI Creation and Definition: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement relevant KPIs for telecommunications networks.
  
• Cluster Performance Monitoring: Experience in monitoring network clusters, including identifying trends and anomalies.
  
• Worst Offender Analysis: Expertise in analyzing underperforming network elements and proposing data-driven solutions.
  
• Tableau Experience: Proficiency in using Tableau to create dashboards and visualizations that support strategic decision-making.
  
• Data Analytics Experience: Strong analytical skills with experience in manipulating and interpreting large datasets.
  
  

• Multivendor Expertise: Experience working with equipment from multiple vendors (Huawei, Ericsson) in RAN environments.
  
• SQL Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying, manipulating, and analyzing relational databases.
  

• Academic background in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  
• Excellent communication skills to present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
