QA Engineer (QAE)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join engineering teams in Europe, responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of a global platform through structured testing strategies, automation frameworks, and close collaboration with development squads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across functional and non-functional requirements
  
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks (UI, API, and regression)
  
• Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the full development lifecycle
  
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
  
• Champion quality standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
  
• Support performance, load, and security testing initiatives
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a QA Engineering or Test Automation role
  
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
  
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into deployment workflows
  
• Experience working in agile squads alongside developers and product managers
  
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  
• Fluent English — mandatory (written and spoken)
