We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic IT delivery environment. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. You will work closely with internal operational teams, clients, and key stakeholders, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Create and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with delivery commitments and client expectations
- Define project schedules, allocate resources in coordination with operational teams, and monitor progress against milestones
- Align project objectives with the company's strategic goals and ensure all team members have a clear, shared understanding of them
- Lead the identification, tracking, and resolution of project issues and blockers in a timely and structured manner
- Manage the risk monitoring and mitigation process, maintaining a risk register and communicating risk status to stakeholders
- Monitor and control project scope, managing change requests and preventing scope creep
- Track project costs and provide accurate financial data to support revenue recognition and/or profitability targets
- Manage all project documentation, ensuring it is up to date, accessible, and audit-ready
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively and maintaining delivery quality across all
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure
- Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk in a structured way
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent)
- Fluency in English — spoken and written (preferred; client-facing communications may require it)
- Strong focus on efficiency, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement
Nice to Have:
- Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and senior stakeholders — written and verbal
- Negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Formal training and/or certification in Project Management: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery frameworks
