Requirements

You will require the following qualifications and skills

 Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
 4-5 years of working experience specific to Project Management or Scrum Master.
 Ability to communicate fluently in English (verbal and written).
 Multi-language would be preferred (German ).
 Proven experience in delivering Client-focused solutions in insurance (preferential), telco, banking, or mobility industry sector, either digital, and/or retail domains, with regular client facing and business stakeholder management.

Nice to have
o Thrived in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
o Technical development experience or ability to understand and communicate technical information.
o Formal training certification in Project Management global standards.
o Exposure to Agile Project Management and development processes would be an added advantage.
 Occasional travelling for short periods may be required.
