We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the delivery of card management, bank payments process and e-commerce capabilities, working at the intersection of business and technology to ensure product initiatives are translated into clear, buildable solutions.

This role sits within the Technology organization and works closely with Product Managers (business) and engineering teams to ensure product initiatives are delivered with quality, clarity and speed.

In this role, you will:

Own and manage the product backlog
Translate business requirements provided by Product Managers into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery-ready backlog items
Work closely with engineering, architecture and QA teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery
Act as the functional reference for the squad, ensuring strong understanding of product behavior and operational impact
Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning to align delivery with product objectives
Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance
Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Ensure delivery readiness, including refinement, clarification of requirements and removal of ambiguities
Contribute to the design of scalable and pragmatic solutions together with engineers and architects
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams

Requirements

Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar
Proven experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role
Experience working with banking or financial services products, particularly card management, payments process or digital banking
Solid experience working in Agile product delivery environments
Strong understanding of backlog governance, user stories and delivery processes
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable backlog items
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
