Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst for Digital Journey you will research, collect, and analyze data on customers' behaviors before, during, and after using a product or service. You will provide insight that drives management decisions on product direction and investment. National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organisational needs: 0%-15% estimated.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience relevant for the role
  
• Extensive product management background, specialising in digital journey data (e.g., GA4 capability)
  
• Solid understanding of fundamental product management principles, tools, and agile methodologies
  
• Customer-driven mindset and excellent communication skills
