The service to be provided has focus on development and maintenance of software used in R&D and product manufacturing as well as providing the Second Level Support as Solution Expert of the applications – handling of incidents and problems management, definition, specification, implementation, testing, coordination with all stakeholders, approval for productive deployment.

Support for the PLM operation area in the specific fields: EFS Toolbox - Binary generation, MagicDraw - System Engineering, infrastructure, system performance, and code specific documentation.

.NET Developer – Mandatory - Customize and automate code to enhance efficiency and integrate new features into the development process.
Support development departments in the creation and maintenance of binary files that are created with the tool in your responsibility.
Analyze and implement requirements from customers and developers to ensure optimized solutions for all relevant stakeholder processes, like R&D, MFG and CS.
Server System Admin – Mandatory – In-depth knowledge of handling servers running Linux and Windows operating systems.
Provide technical support for the servers running the system engineering tool “MagicDraw” and provide a stable system while ensuring the security guidelines and regulations are met and maintained. Updating of Cassandra databases and supporting tools like Teamwork Cloud running on the systems.
Knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence is recommended to ensure fast-paced development and perform in-depth code analysis.
Knowledge of Perl programming language and SQL-Database handling experience is a plus.
