Microsoft Copilot / AI Solutions Consultant

We are looking for an experienced professional to join a strategic Artificial Intelligence initiative focused on the design, implementation, and adoption of Microsoft Copilot solutions within a large-scale corporate environment.

The selected candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities for AI-driven automation, implementing Microsoft Copilot use cases, and supporting the integration of Generative AI capabilities across different business areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop and implement solutions based on Microsoft Copilot technologies.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and process optimization opportunities.
  
• Configure and customize Microsoft Copilot solutions according to business requirements.
  
• Integrate Copilot capabilities with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure services, and enterprise applications.
  
• Support the adoption of Generative AI tools and best practices across the organization.
  
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection requirements.
  
• Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  
• Monitor solution performance and propose continuous improvements.
  

Project

Strategic AI and Digital Transformation initiatives focused on Microsoft Copilot adoption, process automation, productivity enhancement, and innovation across multiple business areas.

Requirements

Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, or Digital Transformation projects.
  
• Proven experience delivering projects involving Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot for Power Platform, or related solutions).
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including:
  • Microsoft 365
    
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
    
  • Azure AI Services
    
  • Azure OpenAI Service
    
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio
    
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and business processes.
  
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI governance.
  
• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Fluent Portuguese and professional English.
  

Nice to Have

• Microsoft certifications related to Azure AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft Copilot.
  
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning.
  
• Experience with Python, C#, or PowerShell.
  
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or corporate environments.
  
• Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.
