The client is seeking expertise in the planning, support, and delivery of M365 services for all company's entities worldwide. The service should configure and manage Purview and Microsoft Defender directly.

This service is crucial within the M365 team, focusing on maintaining the global platform through planned maintenance, updates, upgrades, patching, migrations, consolidations, deployments, and project support.

The service will also involve maintaining the global provisioning portal developed in Azure DevOps and ensuring the highest levels of security and availability. Expertise is required to manage operational, configuration, or Standard Operation Procedures and documentation, as well as to facilitate knowledge transfer of operations to L2 teams.

Additionally, the service will provide 3rd/4th level support, interface with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution, and assess security threats to implement countermeasures. Collaboration with relevant infrastructure, security, and compliance teams is essential to ensure compliance with Group Security policies.

The service will also provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform and collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, and Group Security teams.

Requirements

The client aims to achieve the following through this service:

Maintain and enhance the global M365 platform, ensuring seamless operations and updates.
Ensure the global provisioning portal in Azure DevOps is consistently maintained and optimized.
Proactively manage security and availability to meet the highest standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive operational and configuration documentation.
Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to L2 teams to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide expert guidance and support on Microsoft 365, including 3rd/4th level support.
Collaborate effectively with vendors and IT personnel to resolve issues promptly.
Implement security measures to comply with group recommendations and legal obligations.
Work in conjunction with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to address security threats and ensure compliance.
Drive change within virtual teams and foster collaboration across all entities.
