Junior Business Analyst (AI & Customer Experience)

This project is part of a strategic initiative focused on the implementation, scaling, and optimization of AI-driven customer interactions, particularly conversational AI agents.

The objective is to enhance customer experience by introducing intelligent, dynamic, and automated interactions, while continuously improving performance through monitoring and data-driven decision-making.

The selected candidate will work alongside an existing senior Business Analyst, supporting the team with execution, analysis, and continuous improvement.

The consultant will:

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer-facing processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Product, Operations)
Support the deployment and evolution of AI-driven customer journeys Identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
Translate business needs into functional requirements
Ensure alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to roadmap definition and strategic initiatives

Working Conditions:

Remote: 100% remote (optional offices worldwide)
Geography: Europe-based preferred (Portugal is a plus)
Working hours: Flexible, preferred Lisbon time (9h-18h)

Duration: Initial 3 months, with potential renewal

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience (junior/mid-level)
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Ability to adapt communication to different audiences (technical vs business)
Curious mindset and willingness to learn (especially in AI topics)
Structured, autonomous, and proactive

Nice to have:

Experience with customer experience / customer journey optimization
Background in IT consulting or digital transformation
Exposure to AI (e.g., ElevenLabs, conversational AI platforms, or similar)/ Generative AI / Conversational AI Experience with CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce or similar)
