As IT Solution Expert you will act as bridge between business needs and technical capabilities. You will analyze existing systems, design custom applications or infrastructure, and guide teams through seamless technology deployment.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and refine business requirements together with Product Owners and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate business and UX requirements from a technical perspective and assess feasibility, impacts, and implementation efforts.
  • Define solution requirements, acceptance criteria, and sustainable solution approaches.
  • Coordinate implementation activities and collaborate with implementation partners and technical stakeholders.
  • Define and document solution architecture concepts, interfaces, and technical specifications.
  • Define technical acceptance criteria and validate implemented solutions.
  • Support testing activities and ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
  • Support deployments, handovers, and production readiness activities.
  • Operate, monitor, and continuously improve the solution throughout its lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with architectural, security, legal, and governance requirements.
  • Support incident management, operational improvements, and service continuity activities.
  • Act as the trusted technical partner of the Product Owner and ensure alignment between Business, Development, Testing, and Operations.

  • Mid-Level - Agile development methodologies
  • Mid-Level - Testing and Quality Assurance practices
  • Mid-Level - Impact analysis and solution design
  • Mid-Level - IT operations and service lifecycle understanding
  • Junior Level - Knowledge of software development technologies and databases
  • Junior Level - Knowledge of web technologies and modern enterprise systems
  • Junior Level - Ability to perform database queries with MySQL, basic knowledge of Kafka and Dev/Chrome Tools, and understanding of technical API definitions
