We are looking for an IT Release Manager! Hybrid position with 2 days in Lisbon´s office.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring the successful delivery of releases across multiple business-critical platforms, including Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. Also, you will act as the bridge between IT and Business teams, ensuring alignment, transparency and effective execution throughout the release lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple teams and platforms.
Coordinate release planning, scheduling and execution activities.
Ensure alignment between delivery teams, business stakeholders and project roadmaps.
Identify and manage release risks, dependencies and conflicts.
Facilitate release readiness and go/no-go decision processes.
Communicate release status, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement of release management processes and governance

Requirements

Senior Level - 3–5 years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery or similar roles
Senior Level - Proven experience managing releases involving Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
Senior Level - Good understanding of software delivery processes, environments, integrations and CI/CD practices
Senior Level - Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar release management tools
Senior Level - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Senior Level - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
Senior Level - Strong ownership mindset, proactively driving topics to completion and removing blockers
Senior Level - Ability to identify risks, manage dependencies and support informed decision-making
Senior Level - Comfortable working across both technical and business teams, translating complex topics into clear and actionable outcomes
