IT Project Manager

Requirements

• Manage and deliver complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  
• Apply project management methodologies (primarily Waterfall, with Agile as an advantage) to drive project success.
  
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  
• Maintain high standards of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing complex IT projects, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
  
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take immediate ownership of projects with minimal onboarding.
  
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, primarily Waterfall; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  
• Ability to manage complex projects with non-demanding clients, ensuring high-quality delivery.
  
• Availability to start within 2-3 weeks.
  
• Based in or able to work in Lisbon, Portugal.
  
• Candidate must have substantial experience in managing complex IT projects.
  

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) are not mandatory but will be considered an asset.
