A leading European financial markets infrastructure is looking for an IAM Expert to strengthen its security environment. The role covers the full IAM lifecycle — from risk assessment and solution design to day-to-day operations, identity governance, privileged access management, and continuous improvement aligned with Zero Trust principles. You will work within a cross-functional environment, supporting both engineering and operational teams. 


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Perform application and access risk assessments; participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of IAM solutions.
  • Contribute to the definition and optimization of joiner/mover/leaver (JML) processes, both manual and automated.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IAM controls and automations in support of engineering initiatives.
  • Operate and maintain the IAM environment, handling BAU activities including incident resolution, ticket management, and user lifecycle management.
  • Customize and manage identity governance elements — certification campaigns, access request forms, rules, and workflows — using SailPoint IIQ.
  • Administer account management processes, password policies, and directory services (Active Directory / Entra ID).
  • Monitor and manage Privileged Access Management (CyberArk), ensuring secure and compliant handling of privileged credentials.
  • Investigate complex access issues, recommend remediation actions, and drive improvements in line with Zero Trust and risk-based security models.


Requirements

  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in IAM operations and engineering.
  • Experience with directory technologies: Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 Identity Governance.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity platforms: Entra ID, AWS, Azure.
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Java) and API integration (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.


Nice to have:

  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint IIQ/IDN, CyberArk, Okta, RACF, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance processes, including frameworks such as ISO 27001.
  • Familiarity with access management services: SSO, PAM, Cloud Access Management.
