HelixALM (Perforce) Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in HelixALM (Perforce) to support requirements management, testing activities, and continuous improvement of our ALM processes. You will work closely with product owners, release managers, and technical teams across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders (URS, FRS, SDD)
  • Study the feasibility of requested enhancements and new configurations
  • Design enhancement and new configuration templates in HelixALM as needed
  • Collaborate with product owners and release managers throughout the project and release lifecycle
  • Analyze existing business processes and propose improvements or optimization solutions
  • Support change management initiatives: manage change requests, assess impacts, provide testing documentation
  • Support testing activities: write and review test cases, execute test runs, track defects, update regression test referential
  • Provide L3 support on incidents and service requests


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Technical experience with HelixALM and its interface technologies (mandatory)
  • Experience with regulatory environments and documentation standards
  • Proficiency with common BA tools: Jira, Confluence, Excel, BPMN tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable language
