As a Senior OpenShift Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, management, and administration of Red Hat OpenShift environments. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our large-scale on-premises infrastructure while leveraging automation, monitoring, and CI/CD tools to streamline operations.


Requirements

  • Very good understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, including installation options, configuration, management, and post-installation administration.
  • Previous experience with large-scale on-premises infrastructures is mandatory.
  • Solid knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and security practices.
  • Experience with OpenShift Data Foundation or software-defined storage solutions like OpenShift Container Services (desirable).
  • Proficiency in automation tools (such as Ansible, Terraform).
  • Strong knowledge of best security practices, including network security, RBAC, and compliance standards.
  • Strong skills in Linux operating system administration.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (such as Grafana, Prometheus).
  • Good understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (such as Jenkins, GitHub, etc.).
  • Minimum English level: C1
