Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Mid-level Delivery Manager, a proactive and resilient professional with excellent learning ability, strong technical analysis skills and adaptability to change. Organisation, autonomy, dynamism, logical reasoning and teamwork are essential. The ideal candidate brings responsibility, rigour, perseverance, a critical mindset and strong problem-solving ability, with the capacity to work well under pressure.

This is for a hybrid project, 3 days per week on-site, in Lisbon.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of applications and services and their business integration aspects, in order to perform efficient and effective continuous application delivery.
  
• Learn and participate in the automation of continuous application delivery processes.
  
• Resolve incidents, issues and performance problems arising from continuous application delivery.
  
• Ensure analysis requests are resolved quickly and within agreed service levels.
  
• Communicate with Development and Application Technical teams.
  
• Analyse documentation and implement improvements to it, as well as to automatic processes and internal tools.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  
• Proficiency in Shell Unix commands/navigation and familiarity with Shell scripting.
  
• Familiarity with SQL syntax.
  
• Familiarity with IT best practice standards and tools such as ITIL, ISO20000 and PCIDSS.
  
• Ability to analyse and solve problems related to performance and issue analysis.
  
• Ability to propose and apply creative improvement or innovation solutions to day-to-day problems.
  
• Schedule availability and flexibility
