Delivery Lead (AWS / EKS)

As a Senior Delivery Lead you will be accountable for software delivery, leading a multi-disciplined, highly skilled, and motivated teams. You will be accountable for determining ‘how’ to achieve the agreed business outcome, for iteratively delivering it, and for optimizing your team’s productivity and personal development.

Taking the technical strategy from the Head of Technology and working with the Technical Product Owner, you will define the needs of the work in hand to deliver the prioritized backlog. You will work with the team to agree the appropriate solution and ensure that the team fully understands the appropriate balance of risk and quality that needs to be achieved.

We are currently building a new team for a key client immersed in the entertainment and betting industry. You will build high-performing teams of creative, highly skilled individuals who are driven towards continuous improvement and you will be a role model for these behaviours.

National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated.

Requirements

• Navigating complex DevOps environments — ideally bringing a strong background in DevOps or Infrastructure, with the ability to speak the language of engineers and drive delivery with confidence.
  
• Leading cloud migration projects on AWS — whether it’s rehosting, re-platforming, or building scalable, cloud-native infrastructure from scratch.
  
• Expertise with AWS services like EKS.
  
• Experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environment.
