CyberSecurity - Armis Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated technical professional to join our team as a dedicated on-site Armis Support Specialist for a major airport client in Lisbon.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and integration of the Armis platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and securely in the client’s Operational Technology (OT) environment.

Armis expertise is not required — we welcome candidates who are eager to learn the platform. Training and support will be provided, and Armis certification can be obtained on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the Armis solution configuration and ensure it follows the agreed architecture.
Continuously monitor the platform’s health and performance.
Collaborate with the client to develop and customize use-cases, detection rules, and alerts tailored to the airport environment.
Work closely with the client’s OT maintenance teams to monitor critical infrastructure without disrupting operations.
Configure and maintain integrations with:
MISP platform (bidirectional threat intelligence / Indicators of Compromise)
IBM Maximo (OT asset management)
JIRA ServiceDesk (ITSM ticketing and incident workflow)
Client’s SOC/SIEM system (forwarding alerts and logs)

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong technical foundation in IT/OT systems, networking, cybersecurity, or system integration.
Experience with security tools, SIEM platforms, asset management systems, or ticketing tools is a plus.
Comfortable working on-site in a critical infrastructure environment (airport).
Good problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with technical and operational teams.
Willingness to learn the Armis platform (no prior Armis experience required).
Armis Certified Engineer (ACE) credential is desirable but not mandatory — certification support will be provided if needed.
Fluent in English; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
Availability for occasional travel within Portugal.
