Experienced IT Project Manager with expertise on change management to manage internal organization client’s projects.
Establish and lead enterprise-wide cross-functional strategic initiatives. Responsible for project management leadership and the day-to-day management of one or more Information Technology projects within Clients Project Management Organization.
This role comprise to drive complex international transitions and rollouts of infrastructure services, and additionally fully accountable for the results. Implements defined procedures and processes, specifically related to the development of IT infrastructure solutions and services, and guides related operational and / or supportive activities, with an operation team assigned.

Requirements


Mid-Level
- Conceptualization and implementation of a change strategy to drive adoption of new work practices
and support cultural transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management into the project plan and drive execution.
- Establish success metrics and routines to monitor change progress and readiness.
- Plan and execute change interventions; manage resistance and engage stakeholders.
- Support internal communications, training initiatives, and promote a customer-centric culture.
- Engage senior leaders and coach teams through change.
- Foster collaboration via internal networks and new ways of working.
- At least 4 to 5 years of proven working experience as a project manager and/or transition manager in the information technology sector
- Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles, concepts, procedures, practices and tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer management skills with advanced problem solving skills
