Main Responsibilities:
- Execution of testing activities defined in the QA framework
- Prepare, execute test plans and create test scenarios using appropriate tools and processes defined
- Define and maintain appropriate test data
- Collaborate with project team, and other testers to ensure the implementation of solutions that meet business needs.
- Contribute to effective User Stories (including Acceptance Criteria)
- Track and validate defect fixes
- Create and execute regression tests after every new build is deployed
- Assist in establishing a QA mindset
- Participate actively in Sprint retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements

Requirements

Mid-Level
- Proven experience in software testing and functional validation processes.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of test management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience of working within an Agile environment
- Automation test basic knowledge is a plus.
- ISTQB / Agile certifications are a plus
