The client (Public sector) is developing a new public incentives management platform, with a strong technological and functional component. This strategic initiative aims to transform how the agency monitors and manages support processes for business investment and internationalization.
You will be responsible for ensuring the new platform meets the operational, management, and performance monitoring needs of the organization. You’ll lead the gathering, validation, and follow-up of functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Gather and document functional requirements with clients teams.
Contribute to the definition of workflows, business rules, and key performance indicators.
Support data modeling and the design of dashboards and reports.
Validate functionalities during development and testing phases.
Collaborate with technical and business teams during implementation.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in functional/business analysis roles.
Experience in data-driven projects, KPIs, and reporting.
Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems.
PBA (PMI) or ECBA (IIBA) certification.
Knowledge of public sector or funded incentive programs (nice to have).
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, CRM, and ERP systems (nice to have).
Immediate or short-term availability.
