Role - Your Mission
You'll be part of a Software Engineering team that handles all of the aspects of a SaaS Product. From Infrastructure to Software Architecture, from Prototype to User Experience fine-tune. We want you to have an impact on every aspect of our vision.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be developing code, reviewing your teammates work, refactoring and architecting new or already existing features and, improving overall product quality.
- Also, you'll dedicate a part of your work to our site reliability, making sure that our platform runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Most of your day will be side by side with your teammates on the Software Development team. However, you'll also interact frequently with our Mobile Telecommunications technical advising team to transform their domain knowledge into Metric's vision.
Don't worry. We aren't looking for someone that does it all, but you shouldn't be afraid to be exposed to areas outside of your comfort zone and be willing to learn.
Are you already a knowledgeable professional in one or more areas? We expect that you bring that experience and besides learning from us, make use of what you know and share it with us.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar (mandatory).
- At least three years of experience working in a Software Engineering team.
- Residency in Portugal.
- Knowledge and experience with:
- Agile Methodologies;
- Object-Oriented Programming;
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- Frameworks: AngularJS Slim, Dot Net Core.
- Languages: PHP, C#, (J)Ruby, SQL, Javascript.
- Services: AWS and Mapbox.
- Infrastructure: MySQL, CentOS
