Product Manager Transactional Tooling

Job description

  • Gather input from research, sellers and internal service provider teams and rely on data driven techniques to define product vision and roadmap and secure approval from senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Champion the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals.
  • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and work with business groups to adjust business tools and practices in order to support new features and functionalities.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment and post-deployment activities.
  • Work with research, design and engineering teams in order to deliver value to the company via product development flows and deliverables.
  • With complete independence, write and approve user stories as part of an Agile project framework.


  • Knowledgeable service providers’ tools, logistics and fashion businesses are highly desired.

  • Able to think globally/strategically and frame new and complex issues.

  • A professional with solid interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain effective product roadmaps.

  • Passionate about developing customer centric products and experienced in adopting a test and learning approach to build product, informing product direction.

  • A professional with excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).

  • Marketplace experienced (in an omni-channel company) and knowledgeable Scrum methodology (are a plus).
