UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and user-focused UX Designer to join our digital product team. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences but also brings technical know-how in frontend development and data visualization tools like Power BI. You will play a key role in bridging design and development, ensuring that our digital solutions are both beautiful and functional.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
  
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  
• Apply frontend knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate design intent and contribute to implementation when needed.
  
• Integrate Power BI dashboards and data visualizations into user interfaces, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
  
• Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
  
• Work in agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
