Are you a skilled UX/UI Designer passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join our team and lead the design efforts of a high-impact fintech project, contributing to the modernization of complex applications in the financial domain.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to UX/UI design for a fintech application, focusing primarily on UI design within modernization initiatives.

• Create and maintain a scalable component library using Figma, ensuring alignment with the project's design system.

• Develop user-centric solutions including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to balance business requirements, user needs, and technical feasibility.

• Support the development team by ensuring design consistency and accessibility compliance.

• Facilitate workshops, gather feedback from users and stakeholders, and iterate on designs.

• Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the product lifecycle.

• Use tools like Jira, GitLab, and Storybook to integrate design into the development process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of user-centered design work.

• Solid experience with Figma, including component libraries and design systems.

• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); familiarity with GitLab and Storybook.

• Experience with Material UI (MUI) is a strong plus.

• Strong graphic design skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

• Experience in fintech or finance-related projects is highly valued.

• Nice to have: background or understanding of risk assessment and financial systems.
