Job description

We are currently looking for a technical support to support a large‑scale digital transformation initiative within the public sector.  The main objective of this role is to act as a second-line support function, ensuring the handling of requests forwarded by the first line.

What you will do:
  • Receive and analyse requests coming from the first line;
  • Perform triage and initial diagnosis;
  • Resolve functionally‑related issues;
  • Correctly forward topics to technical teams;
  • Interact with different teams to clarify requirements/incidents.


Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in technical support or Business analysis and tester roles; 
  • Good communication skills (essential for interacting with various teams);
  • Proactivity, curiosity and willingness to learn;
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills;
  • Some knowledge of testing can be an advantage (e.g., defining scenarios, executing tests, basic understanding of test scripts).
