Job description

In this role, you will bridge the gap between marketing and engineering, ensuring our marketing tools and platforms are not only innovative but also seamlessly integrated and highly effective. We work in hybrid environments, On-Prem and several cloud service providers, as well as internationally with constant communication to all stakeholders. We are now looking to strengthen the team with experience in an extended skillset.
What can you expect with us?
  • Help define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our marketing technology stack, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and marketing objectives; 
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements that drive business growth within the scope of a worldwide company; 
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices in software development, integration, and data management are followed; 
  • Advocate for the end-user by ensuring our marketing tools are intuitive, user-friendly, and deliver a seamless experience;
  • Track product performance and user adoption, making data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance our solutions;


Requirements


  • Completed studies in IT, Digital Marketing, or comparable; 
  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Product or Service Ownership in Mass Market or Media and Communication;
  • Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint and Crownpeak/FirstSpirit; 
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing topics, both Technical and Business minded; 
  • Knowledge in Website Analytics, Social Media Management and Digital Asset Management from a technology perspective; 
  • Skilled in Hybrid, On-Prem and Cloud environments, incl. SaaS solutions; 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges; 
  • Excellent English communication skills and strong teamwork commitment in a multinational and multicultural environment
