Job description

Tech Lead responsible for driving technical excellence, leading development teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

Define technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Plan, estimate and follow up on technical deliveries.
Act as a technical reference for the team, promoting best practices and supporting decision making.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure consistent and high quality technical outcomes.
Support the implementation and evolution of architectures based on service oriented principles.
Ensure code quality, scalability and maintainability across solutions.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

You must have:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fluency in English.
Proven experience in technical leadership.
Strong problem solving skills and proactivity

Knowledge of:

Oracle technologies (PL/SQL)
.NET and C#
CI/CD concepts
Service oriented architectures
