Requirements

8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Strong proficiency in .NET
Experience with Azure
Experience with React and Nextjs
Ideally previous experience in the fintech industry
Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conformatbale working in agile environments
Background in mentoring and coaching
Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
