Systems Administrator – Backup & Data Protection (Veeam)

Lisbon, 3x times mandatory in the office

Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator specialized in Backup & Data Protection and Veeam to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administration of Windows Server and preferably Linux environments
Management of virtualized environments (VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V)
Administration and maintenance of Veeam Backup & Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
Management and optimization of backup, retention, immutability and recovery policies
Troubleshooting of backup and data recovery incidents
Support for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies
Administration of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
Technical documentation, procedures and reporting

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Systems Administration in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with Veeam — mandatory
Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V
Solid knowledge of Microsoft systems
