System Support Engineers
Job description
System support Engineer is responsible for deploying the Cloud gaming platform for any new customer and maintaining the Cloud Gaming platforms in operational conditions.
ACTIVITIES
• Platform Setup: Install and maintain the Platform infrastructure
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues for end-users and internal teams Participate in incident response, root cause analysis and on-call 24*7 rotations.
• System Maintenance: Ensure the stability and efficiency of operating systems, networks, and software applications.
• Upgrades & Migrations: Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal disruption.
• Security & Compliance: Maintain cybersecurity measures, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development team and customer teams
Requirements
SKILLS
• 3-year + experience in maintaining customer live platforms in operational conditions (hands-on experience in configuring and
administering complex platforms)
• Good knowledge of Data Center hardware and configuration (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPSs, Servers, Storages, SAN, etc.)
• Knowledge of monitoring and alarming tools
• Strong documentation skills on platform maintenance procedures and installation
• Strong investigation skills when issues are found on platforms
• Ability to insure that healthy security practices are implemented
• Windows, Linux, MySQL, PHP system administration
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Experience in at least one scripting language (Python, Powershell, bash…)
• Ability to communicate efficiently with our customers
• Hands on Virtualization environments
• AWS cloud knowledge
• Implementation and follow-up of the KPI of a complex platform
