Support Analyst

Job description

We are looking for a Support Analyst for our client's team. 
NOTE: This is a 100% onsite at the Lisbon office Job Position

The candidate will provide technical / functional support on our Portfolio Management System application : Temenos Triple’A
The candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests and Application Support activities                                       

Main Tasks

  • Provide functional support (Front Office users) & technical support (batchs, interfaces…)                                          
  • Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap                                
  • Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues.                               
  • Contribute to the knowledge articles.    


Technical Skills:

  • Hands on experience of Triple’A functionalities (Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, Order Management…)                                            
  • Linux (Basic)                                    
  • Shell (intermediate)                                    
  • SQL – PL/SQL (intermediate)                                   
  • ITIL practices (Strong) 

Good to have
  • Experience in wide range of financial instruments including structured products, futures, options, forex, etc
  • Actuate reporting
  • MQ / Tomcat / Jira / Service Now
  • Autosys or Any scheduling system

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering
  • Total 5+ years of overall IT experience
  • At least 1+ years of experience in supporting Triple’A
  • At least 2+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst with private banking or asset management
  • English: expert

  • Strong critical thinker with problem solving approach.                                
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills                                         
  • Customer/user-centric mindset
