Job description

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to integrate our internal team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of complex functional solutions to address business requirements and drive clients’ digital transformation initiatives;
  • Conduct in-depth functional analysis and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;
  • Prepare high-level functional documentation (Functional Design Documents) aligned with Dynamics 365 best practices;
  • Ensure advanced customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on scalability and performance;
  • Ensure effective coordination between functional and technical teams, guaranteeing the correct implementation of the defined solutions;
  • Lead the definition and execution of functional and user acceptance tests (UAT), ensuring all requirements are met;
  • Create test plans, user manuals, and training materials for key users and operational teams;
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in internal processes and functional methodologies;
  • Mentor and support the development of junior functional consultants within the team.


Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar roles, with a strong track record in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects;
  • Deep knowledge of key Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.);
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Journeys) is a plus;
  • Proven experience in complex projects, including integrations and the combined use of the Power Platform;
  • Ability to lead functional initiatives and engage with business stakeholders independently;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (advanced level);
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant) are a plus.
  • Passionate about designing innovative solutions that drive business transformation.
