Senior Account Manager
Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead the strategic and operational aspects of our information security services.
The role involves overseeing the implementation of the Information Security Policy across the organization, coordinating commercial operations, and ensuring business continuity and risk management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security management, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the company’s service offerings and client relationships.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of the Information Security Policy across all organizational levels.
- Participate in defining objectives and action plans to align with strategic goals.
- Coordinate the company’s commercial operations and define its commercial strategy.
- Oversee the planning of company activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and approve proposals in collaboration with senior management.
- Identify general training needs to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Lead the Business Continuity Committee, ensuring continuity plans are updated and tested.
- Supervise risk management processes with support from the security team.
- Collaborate with senior management to define the portfolio of services and products for the Chief Security Officer (CSO).
- Ensure contractual compliance, approved by General Management, with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the liaison with senior management during major incident management and define response actions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to information security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security Management, or a related field (preferred); or equivalent proven experience in the industry (10+ years).
- Strong knowledge of information management systems.
- Preferably experienced in risk management and business continuity in cybersecurity, with a solid understanding of IT best practices.
- Minimum of 10 years in similar or related roles.
- Deep understanding of the business and its operational context.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are a plus.
