Job description

We are looking for a Experienced Project Management Scrum Master (N2/N3)
Experienced Scrum Master with at least 4 years’ experience managing software development teams in agile context preferably in a corporate/scaled environment.
Excellent communication skills and IT background are also a requirement for the position.
Previous experience in software development is highly valued.

This is a hybrid position, 2x/week in Lisbon Office

Main Tasks:

  • Ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities, IT governance processes and the sponsor’s expectations                                                  
  • Steer the entire IT project and coordinate all the people involved and contributors                                                                  
  • Ensure the knowledge of IT Projects Governance in the Group and their correct application to the project context                                                        
  • Ensures compliance with the duration of sprints (time boxing), routines (duration, content) and interactions within the team and with stakeholders                                                                
  • Helps the team to work autonomously while improving. Participates in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles                                                                 
  • Ensures that the team remains focused on delivery while shielding them from outside interferences                                                                  



Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology > Expert
  • Experience in managing IT projects > Expert
  • Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira > Practice
  • Knowledge of financial products > Notions
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and practices. > Practice
