Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Scrum Facilitation: Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices, and facilitate Scrum events.
  
• Team Support: Remove impediments to the team's progress and ensure a collaborative and self-organizing environment.
  
• Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  
• Metrics and Reporting: Collect and report on team metrics to track progress and promote continuous improvement.
  

Qualifications:

• Scrum Master Certification: Hold a Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM). (nice to have)
  
• AI Chatbot Experience: Previous experience in managing or working on AI chatbot projects is a plus.
  
• Agile Experience: Previous experience in Agile environments and a good understanding of Agile principles.
  
• Collaborative Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  
• Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
  
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
