Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Expert Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules, including Time Tracking, Time Off, and Timesheet, and a solid background in HR systems implementation.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Management, Information Systems, or related field;
5+ years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Tracking, Time Off, Timesheet).

Nice to Have:

SAP SuccessFactors certifications;
Intermediate knowledge of Spanish;
Excellent level of English;
Fluent in Portuguese;

Experience with Employee Central (EC) implementations.
